Examines the Individual Placement and Support for Adults with Justice Involvement (IPS-AJI) program, which helps justice involved adults with mental health issues find and maintain employment. Analyzes 5 mental health centers that have implemented IPS-AJI and focuses on the program context, population served, key aspects of implementation, and the cost of the program. Mental health centers located in Claremore, Oklahoma; Moline, Illinois; and Davenport, Iowa are considered rural.
