Analyzes trends and predictors related to achieving optimum targets for glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes. Analyzes 2011-2019 Medicaid data from 18,560 patients living in Alabama according to sex, race/ethnicity, reason for Medicaid eligibility, ambulatory/acute care use, comorbidities, and urban, small town, or rural residence.
