Rural Patient and Provider Perceptions of Telehealth Implemented During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Description
Evaluates patient and provider perceptions of telehealth in a large, rural healthcare system as well as the sustainability of telehealth during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizes 2020-2021 survey data to analyze patient satisfaction with telehealth and its perceived value and efficiency according to providers. Considers the long-term effectiveness of telehealth by assessing differences in missed appointments when compared to in-person visits at a family practice clinic.
