Examines access to care and telemedicine use by adult Medicaid beneficiaries with behavioral health and musculoskeletal conditions in North Carolina based on state Medicaid claims data from March 2019 to March 2021. Covers changes in rates of telemedicine use before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, and offers rural and urban data on telemedicine use in addition to other characteristics in the appendix tables.
