Reports on deaths of people under 65 from acute myocardial infarction by race, sex, and age from 1999 to 2019 based on data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's WONDER (Wide‐Ranging Online Data for Epidemiologic Research) death certificate database. Provides state-by-state data and mortality rates broken down by rural, medium/small metro, and large metro in Table S1.
