National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP)

Works to assist states in responding to poverty issues. NASCSP members are state administrators of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE/WAP). Helps states implement programs that include weatherization, energy assistance, child care, nutrition, employment, state energy programs, job training, asset development, and housing.
