Provides technical assistance to rural healthcare organizations participating in innovative delivery and payment systems. Serves as the technical assistance center for the healthcare providers and communities in Appalachia, the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC), and the Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) programs, and is a member of the Peer Recovery Expansion Project.
