Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP)

Statewide association represents and assists the 43 Community Action Agencies as they work to empower people, giving them the opportunity to gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. CAAP is dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other as they move from poverty to self-sufficiency.
