CMS: Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking comments on a revision of an information collection request titled "Data Collection to Support Eligibility Determinations for Insurance Affordability Programs and Enrollment through Health Benefits Exchanges, Medicaid and CHIP Agencies." Information collected will be used to determine eligibility for coverage through the Marketplace and insurance affordability programs and assist consumers in enrolling in a qualified health plan, if eligible. Comments are due by August 14, 2024.
