Local Food Promotion Program
Grants to intermediary organizations to support the development, coordination, and expansion of local and regional food business enterprises to help increase access to locally and regionally produced agricultural products. Priority will be given to projects that benefit communities located in low income/low food access census tracts.

Safe and Supportive Schools: Mental Health Service Professional (MHSP) Demonstration Grant Program
Grants to support and demonstrate innovative partnerships to train school-based mental health services providers with the goal of increasing the number and diversity of high-quality, trained providers available to address the shortages of mental health service professionals in high need schools. Small, rural schools fall under the definition of high need local education agencies, and partnerships with historically Black colleges and universities, tribal colleges and universities, and other minority serving institutions are a program priority.

Michigan Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program
Medical education debt repayment program for healthcare providers to practice in underserved areas in Michigan. Eligible providers will receive student loan repayment for providing mental health services in eligible nonprofit practice sites or public school-based systems for at least 2 years.

Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grant Program
Grants to support and demonstrate innovative partnerships to train school-based mental health services providers for employment in high need schools and local educational agencies.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Dissemination and Implementation Research to Advance Mental, Emotional, and Behavioral Health Preventive Interventions in School Settings
Notice of Special Interest for dissemination and implementation research to support innovative approaches to overcoming barriers to the adoption, adaptation, integration, scale-up, and sustainability of evidence-based interventions to support children's mental, emotional, and behavioral health in school settings. Health disparity populations, including individuals living in rural areas, are a priority.

Alaska Suicide Prevention Grant
Grants for projects and organizations with the goals of reducing the rates of suicide in Alaska and promoting mental wellness through strengthened community and personal connections. Projects that are located in rural communities have been funded in the past.

Delta Dental of Michigan Foundation Brighter Futures Community Grant
Funding for community-based oral health programs in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, with special consideration given to programs that promote and/or provide oral health for underserved, high-risk populations.

Michigan Building Healthy Communities Step Up for School Wellness Program
Supplies Michigan students, teachers, and administrators with resources and tools needed to create a healthy school environment that supports a culture of wellness.

Michigan Building Healthy Communities: Engaging Middle Schools Through Project Healthy Schools
Technical assistance for schools in Michigan to establish a healthy school environment that encourages healthy eating and physical activity while supporting higher levels of academic achievement.

Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program
Grants to develop, implement, and/or expand comprehensive programs in response to the overdose crisis and the impact of illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. The program provides resources to support state, local, tribal, and territorial efforts to reduce substance misuse and overdose deaths, increase access to services, and enhance public safety while supporting victims.
