Purpose

The NOSORH Purpose-Driven Leadership Institute is a series of 8 online workshops that cover leadership principles and their practical application to help individuals build leadership and management skills in the context of rural health.

Workshops will take place from May 16 - July 2, 2024. Sessions include:

  1. May 19, 2024: Foundations of Purposeful Leadership
  2. May 23, 2024: Building a Culture of Trust and Vulnerability
  3. May 30, 2024: Adaptive Leadership for Rural Health
  4. June 6, 2024: Effective Communication and Team Collaboration
  5. June 13, 2024: Resilience and Leading Through Uncertainty Inquiry
  6. June 20, 2024: Navigating Change and Innovation
  7. June 27, 2024: Collaborative Leadership and Team Dynamics
  8. July 2, 2024: Culminating Leadership Showcase and Action Planning
Eligibility

State Offices of Rural Health staff are eligible to participate. Participants do not need to be in a supervisory role.
